Process was easy from start to finish. I notified the company on Friday of a request to move a Pontiac Grand Prix from Houston, TX to Detroit, MI. The vehicle was available begining on Monday. The vehicle was picked up on Wednesday and arrived on Sunday. I was able to speak with the trucking company when needed and spoke to the driver on the delivery day. Some dirt was inside the vehicle from moving the vehicle on and off the carrier. Nothing that couldn't be wiped up. It would have been a nice touch if the driver wiped the dirt off the door panel and rocker panel. The car had been detailed on the inside prior to delivery so it stood out. I would definately use them again.
