NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE .. PLs don't use it . Because of them I had to pay more amount and get another company to transport my vehicle . Light house transport was awesome .

I PREVIOUSLY STATED THAT THE COMPANY HAD NEITHER PICKED UP NOR ASSIGNED A CARRIER FOR MY CAR FROM GA TO CA....THEIR RESPONSE STATED THEY HAD FIVE DAYS....THIS IS A LIE....THEY HAD TWO WEEKS TO ASSIGN A CARRIER. OBVIOUSLY THEY CAN'T COUNT. I DID NOT GET MY DEPOSIT RETURNED UNTIL TODAY.....2/14...AND HAD I CANCELLED ON 1/25...ANOTHER LIE FROM THE COMPANY. THEY RESPOND WITH THEIR A+ RATING AND OTHER NEGATIVE INFERENCES IN REFERENCE TO CUSTOMERS WHO DO NOT GIVE GLOWING REPORTS...AND THEY LIE! I WILL NOT RESPOND TO THEIR RESPONSE TO THIS....THEY ARE A HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH! DON'T TAKE YOUR CHANCES WITH THEM AND IGNORE THEIR RESPONSES TO ANY NEGATIVE RATINGS....THEY DO NOT EVEN REALIZE WHEN THEY ARE WRONG!

Our outstanding reputation including A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau speaks for itself. We cancelled customer Mr. Agish Scaria order when we learned he double brokered, which is why his vehicle would not move. A driver risks going there only to learn it is already gone. Mr. Scaria found another review and simply copied and pasted it here - an odd thing to do. We wish Agish Scaria lots of luck in all his future endeavors.
