The service was very good. I got a call the same day I submitted my order online to check if my car could be picked up the same day instead of the next day. I was pleased at the lighting fast response. Once I was assigned a truck. The truck driver Mike was in contant touch with me inform me as to when he would be able to come by to pick up my car. He did a thorough inspection and loaded my car. He also delivered the car the day I landed in Phoenix, so I didn`t need to rent a car out there. Mike was very courteous to wait for me at my hotel as I was running a bit late from the airport. My car was delivered in the same condition it was picked up in. I thank auto transport direct for assigning such a great truck driver for my order. This is the second time I`ve used their services and its the best rates available. I have recommeded them to many of my friends and they all thank me and have very good things to say about auto transport direct.
