Being unfamiliar with transport companies and putting my trust in a company I didn't know from
adam was a very scarey position to be in, but I chose to put my trust into Direct Express Auto transportation with 2 vehicles I purchased out of state. One from Tenneessee and the other from Iowa.
I can't tell you how pleased I was with this company from the git-go. I was told everything upfront of what I was to expect, and told I would be contacted once the arrangements were made at the pick-up site, and to expect to hear when an approx time delivery of the vehicles would be on which day.
Both vehicles arrived within an hour and a half of original time given, and as far as I was concerned neither was late arrival, as both came from out of State and driving situations are so different and depend on the weather, I thought it was great to be within a couple of hours time frame. Plus, both drivers called about the time of the original delivery expected and was told where they were and about how long they would be from that point on. I thought it to be a very responsible method to keep me informed.
Both vehicles arrived to me unharmed and both gentleman who delivered the vehicles handled themselves in a very professional manner. They stood by as I checked over the vehicle to make sure there was no damage or anything out of the ordinary.
Not only was this company the most reasonable in price, they insured the vehicle while in their hands, and also are members of the Better Business Bureau, which gave me even more of a comfort of trust. I would highly recommend this company and I will keep them in mind for anyone who I come in contact with that is in need of a transport company.
I give them an A+++ in my book!
