Being my first time ever using a car transportation company, I had some major doubts about the process especially considering I would be transporting my car a considerable distance (Milwaukee, WI to Phoenix, AZ). Dealing with Direct Auto however, all worries were soon put to rest. After scheduling my pick-up on a Wednesday (their staff couldn''t have been nicer), I already had an email Thursday morning informing me a driver had been assigned to pick-up my car. To my surprise, I then received a call that same day (Thursday) from the driver informing me he would be picking up my car Friday afternoon. He was right on time and was unbelievably friendly (so much so, my Mom wanted to invite him to Thanksgiving dinner). Once the car was on the road, the driver called me a couple times with a status and made sure his arrival schedule would work with mine. I was shocked to hear he would be arriving on Sunday (only 2 days after the car had been picked up!!). He got into town on Sunday as promised and was actually a few hours earlier than expected. The car was in great condition and the payment process was extremely easy (took all of 2 minutes). I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone and I can see why they have a Better Business Bureau A+ rating. Kudos to Direct Auto and thank you for your great service!
