Our outstanding reputation including A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau speaks for itself. We are sorry that customer Frederick Bertele is dissatisfied with the service but his pickup contact in remote Richland, Indiana did not respond to our driver, so after spending the night he moved on. We wish Mr. Bertele lots of luck with all his future endeavors.
