We are in the process of moving from Seattle to Los Angeles and found this service on the internet. I booked the shipment of the first car on the web, but was a little concerned as there was no immediate contact, and when I called, the woman that I spoke with seemed somewhat blase about when someone would call to arrange the pick-up. We booked the transport on the 3rd of October and Igor called on Friday the 5th to announce that he was in Seattle to pick up the car.
Igor was simply a dream. He went over the entire car before accepting it and pointed out some minor door dings on his documentation. My partner had rented a car at Burbank airport, and Igor arranged for it to be dropped near LAX so that the rental could be returned and exchanged our our car easily. Upon picking up the car, it was washed, vacuumed and completely clean for delivery. The people at the facility were extremely service-oriented. Igor kept in contact during transit and was very professional - what a good man!
The only complaint is with the level of coordination from the company. No contact after booking the transport and a two-hour notice of, "Hi, I'm in town to pick up your car!" isn't really acceptable. Other than that, the man that performed the transport was truly exceptional and completely exceeded expectations.
