I got quotes from six different companies, and Direct Express was the lowest. All the companies had some negative reviews, but Direct Express appeared better than average.
After I got the quote I called and the lady on the phone was very patient and helpful.
The car was brokered/picked up by Triple T Trucking Express. Their contact person was easy to deal with and the driver was very helpful.
Overall a great experience, which is not always the case with the lowest price. So I am very satisfied with Direct Express.
