I liked the service for many reasons: 1. Getting quote was instantaneous. No wait on phone, no haggle, no time consuming process 2. Price was low compared to others. My quote was lower, at least, by $120 vs other movers 3. I was told it would be picked up in 1-7 days. To my surprise, my vehicle was picked up the next day after I ordered (I orded just before close of business the previous day of pick up) 4. I was told it would be delivered in 5 days. Surprisingly, the driver called me and said he would be delivering my vehicle 3 days in advance. That was a pleasant surprise 5. The delivery was clean. No issues with vehicle's condition etc. Driver was courteous 6. Whole process was smooth, simple, hassle free and courteous 7. I was informed of what's going on at various stages of the move 8. Before I picked this mover I was reading a whole lot about movers online and read some horror stories from several people about several movers in business. I checked this company with BBB and read online reviews. Direct Express Auto met more than my expectations. In fact, it was a very pleasant experience based on what I was reading about movers in general online. I would use their service, if needed, in future again. I recommend their service with confidence
