Our outstanding reputation including A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau speaks for itself. Customer Harry Binenkorb had a number of issues from the beginning, including the seller in Chester, Massachusetts telling us not to come get the car because the buyer check had not cleared, which delayed shipping. Add that to a remote pickup location and Harry got all riled up. Like he said, we tried to accommodate him, but Mr. Binenkorb was impatient with the process. We wish Harry well in all his future endeavors.
