Things went fine and were pretty straight forward.The direct communication with the transport company could have been better, ie more proactive, but we were able to contact their office, reach the driver, and agree on an appropriate time and location for pickup. He was on time,courteous and efficient. He didn't offer much in the way of information about the pickup process but simply did a quick walk around the vehicle and presented me with the paperwork for signature. On the original estimated date of delivery our daughter again had to contact the transport company to make contact with the driver but he did get in touch with her soon after and made delivery arrangements. Delivery occurred within 24hrs of the original estimate and there were no issues at delivery. On balance, Auto Transport Direct did an efficient job of brokering this transport and the overall outcome was v. positive.
