Great experience

As everyone has mentioned, I was very nervous about shipping my car and especially when the quote was as cheap as it was ($600). The websites always tell you to leary of cheap prices because no one will pick up your car and it will sit around. So I called, decided to book (the price was so cheap, figured it was worth a shot!) at 2:00pm on Tuesday and they said they would make it available that same day. My sister-in-law (where the car was staying) got a call at 5:00pm saying they were going to pick it up that night and the car was picked up 6:20pm that evening. Same day! I called the company that had been assigned the car on Wednesday and had to leave a message. The person who called back was rude to say the least...I picked up the phone with a hello and a voice on the other end said, "Did you call me?" without even stating who they were. Anyhow, they said that someone would contact me 24 hours prior to drop off. Friday around 2:00pm I got a phone call from my sister-in-law stating that the driver had called her to say they were dropping off the car that day. So there was definitely some confusion regarding who they needed to contact. After several attempts to get a hold of the driver, I finally spoke to him and had to text him my address and he indicated that they would be dropping off the car in two hours. They came, the car looked great and everything was fine. Overall, it was a great experience for a very cheap price. The only down side is the poor communication between us and the drivers...they didn't have my address or phone number and did not call 24 hours in advance, leaving us to scramble a little to get the money together to pay them when they came with only two hours notice. However, overall it was a great process and would definitely use them again.
