Wesley called me a couple of days before the pick up to let me know when he would be in town to receive my vehicle. He agreed to change the pick up point to accommodate my schedule. We arranged a safe and convenient meeting point off the freeway for me to meet him. He was at the pick up place before the scheduled time and then gave me a ride to public transportation because I did not have a friend at that end who could assist me with a ride. At the pick up point, Wesley was courteous and friendly. He also gave me an estimated arrival date for my car's destination. He called me the day before delivery to let me know that he was on schedule and that I should expect a call from him the next day. Once at our destination, he agreed to pick me up in my car at my new apartment. I then drove him back to his transport truck. He was again friendly and courteous, making sure that I inspected the car and found no problems. Several times Wesley emphasized that he did not travel on tree-lined streets (to avoid damage to vehicles on the transport) and noted that, as an independent trucker, he worked for customer satisfaction. I was so impressed. As a single woman traveler and customer, I felt completely secure and relieved to work with such a reliable, cautious, and courteous trucker. This is the second time that I have dealt with this auto transport company and their drivers. I would not hesitate to use the service again. They were terrific.
