I was shipping my car from Long Island, NY to the Bay Area, CA and was on a deadline because I was starting a new job in a few weeks. I remembered that it had taken a few weeks when I had shipped my car from CA to NY years back (using a different carrier) so when I booked a carrier this time I emphasized the timing was imperative. Edith was my contact person and was very friendly and understanding. The transporter they booked was fast and polite, and very accommodating. He made it here way ahead of schedule and I was really impressed. The cost was on the higher end but in the end it was worth it because my car was in good condition and the items I had put in the trunk were all intact and not touched.
