I was contacted by Anthony of A&J Transport the morning after the Memorial Day weekend, after requesting shipment on the Friday before that weekend. I was seriously stressing about selling one of my vehicles, then on May 30, Anthony called me about one of the vehicles. I asked him about the other, and 30 minutes later the pickup was scheduled...Anthony was on time for this appointment, precisely fitting into my schedule and loading my vehicles up within 30 minutes.
Delivery was promised on June 7 or 8, but I received a phone call on the 6th asking if I could take delivery...I responded with an eager "Yes!" My vehicles arrived in the same condition as they were loaded, and though tight quarters at my new home made delivery difficult, Anthony responded positively, found a street wide enough within a 5 minute walk of my home, and unloaded both cars within an hour of arriving.
Direct Express is a solid broker, and though I'm usually a little skittish using any "broker" for moving anything (yes, horror stories abound and I've needed to engage a lawyer once or twice), this one is legit. It is a cash business, and as long as your payment is in a certified check upon delivery, you will get great service at roughly half the price as other vehicle transport services.
