We shipped a 2010 Toyota Prius from Tarpon Springs, Fl to our son in Fullerton, CA.
We were happy it arrived safe and sound and the driver was able to coordinate a drop off time that worked for my son as well as the transporter.
The driver met us very close to home and we were able to deliver the car to him there and once the paperwork was signed, car inspected, we said good-bye to our beloved car, but happy it can provide our son with reliable transportation.
My contact at Direct Connect was Tammy. Tammy was very helpful every step of the way and every communication I had with her, she was both professional and knowledgeable.
One minor bug was I had to call a couple of days before scheduled pickup because I hadn't heard from dispatch or the driver, but a call to Tammy took care of that, and within hours I received an email confirming my pickup and name of company picking up our vehicle.
I recommend Direct Connect, and their prices are very competitive and reasonable.
