We opted for the lowest price since we were not in a hurry for our older, second car. It was transported 2000 miles. The driver kept in touch with us, and he was personable and competent. We were able to be flexible with transport time. Direct Connect worked with us very well. We were clearly told how our lower price option would work. Other agencies contacted us and pressed for more money but DC advised us to ignore them. One contract is all you need.
