Our car did eventually arrived at its destination safely but... that's the only positive thing we can say about this company. We were quoted a price and a pickup date, signed our contract and thought we were all set. The day before DCAT was supposed to pick up our car we received a text saying they found a driver but that he would arrive two days later and it would cost $122 more. When I reminded them we had signed a contract they replied, "Well, we have three days." (to cancel I guess). Because we had turned down our other options and were in a hurry to get the car to it's destination, we signed the new contract. The car did arrive on our new date, but after our assigned "window of time" The driver unloaded the car from the carrier and proceeded to drive it the wrong way down a one way street to deliver it to its final destination. Beware: their contract does not mean much!
