I had never transported a car before, so after finding Direct Connect Auto Transport online through google and reading their reviews, I decided to give them a try. I purchased a car online and once the funds and paperwork were received, I contacted them, gave them the name, address, phone and email of the sales rep at the dealership and they got in touch with a local transporter who picked up the car the next morning. That evening the driver called me to say that he'd be in LA the next morning and would call when he was approx 30 minutes away, which he did. I had my car in 20 minutes. Could not have been easier.
