Had taken pictures before the pick up for the car was intact brand new haven't used it since I was stationed away from home for 6 months. When I got my car delivered they send the damaged report after I received it. It was scratched up and dirty was pissed called the person in charge they hanged up before I could explain why my brand new 2017 mustang looks like shit had scratches on the front hood, rearview mirrors and the front side finders. They charged me extra to transport my car for total $1,098 but I guess it didn't came with car care. I thought I should get what I paid for I should of just picked it up myself. I didn't have any contact with the driver during the transportation the company just told me the driver well keep me up to date never got a call, called the company they said it well be there soon that's it. I do not recommend Direct Connect after all this. Pick up was 5th-14th didn't get picked up until the 21st dropped off on 25th late yeah I would recommend someone else.
