These folks seem on the level until the second they've run your credit card. Once I'd paid, they stopped returning phone calls, emails etc. almost entirely. Worse yet, my car arrived with a crack across the windshield- easily demonstrated through photos and transport papers. I let them know immediately and after one or two emails with me sending documentation, both Pete and John (last names above) stopped responding entirely. Super, super shitty service. Stay away from Direct Connect Auto if you want a company that gives a shit beyond your money.
