Filled out a quote request online requesting a date to pick up and all the usual information. This was a week and a half before the scheduled date I requested. The quote came back at $485 which was a good price so I paid the $200 deposit to book it. 4 days later I had heard nothing so I called Mark and was then told that the quote was a stand-by price and if I wanted it picked up on a specific day it would be $650. So I asked for a refund because I was not able to wait the 1-3 weeks that the standby price included for a pick up window. Mark explained to keep me as a customer he would honor the price of $485 and take the car off stand by to ship. 4 more days go by and the day before the scheduled pick up I call Mark again to confirm the pickup and am then told that he had told me before 1-3 weeks and that the car wasn't even scheduled to pick up. He told me if I want a refund that's fine but the car wouldn't leave the state of NY for less than $650 and when I went to another company and they called him to have his truck pick the car up I could just call him back. He basically lied directly to me about picking the car up and then could care less that he wasn't following up on his word. Him or Direct Connect isn't worth the hassle. I'll pay $1000 to ship the car as long as I don't give it to any of them. After submitting this they claim they don't know me
