Billy Shaw is indeed a five star employee who goes the extra mile to meet customer needs and, beyond that, customer desires. He impressed me so much on our vacation in early 2016 that I have recommended him to a friend and have just called him to ship our car, once again, to Florida for a move we will be making. He is prompt in his return of e mails, always courteous and helpful and dependable. If he says it will be done, it will be done. That goes a long way in today's business world.
