I paid with my credit card $2700.00 to have my car shipped from Alaska to Nevada with direct connect auto transport. After paying them I was told where to drop off my car with a local company and everything was taken care of all the way to its final destination in Nevada. When I went to drop off my car to be shipped I was told by the shipping company that they had not been paid from direct connect to ship my car. I was told at that time to pay them not the 2700.00 that I had already paid but 3170.00 and I would be reimbursed on my card for the first 2700.00 payment. I have not yet been able to get my 2700.00 payment refunded so much so that direct connect auto transport refused to give me the time of day or even respond to any of my legal action!! I've also contacted the BBB and they also are not able to get a response from this company that claims they have an A rating with BBB!!!!!! This has been going on since May 17 2013!!!
