These guys are totally dishonest and liars. when i called to book a car to be shipped from Manheim auction to Atlanta they promised the car to be picked up the same day or next day at the latest and will be delivered same day picked up or early next day. So I decided to go with them rather than the cheaper option with the auction that takes 6 days from Fort Lauderdale to Atlanta for less money. I emailed them the gate pass monday morning and paid them $450. so the owner John Who I spoke to Friday the previous week, and he promised me the car will be shipped the same day we get the gate pass from the auction. he then had me contact JR a rep for the company who sent me the docs and I asked him for Estimated time to ship. he said it will leave later today or tomorrow morning the latest. I said I need confirmaition on ETA and he said i will call you in 20 minutes and will give you all the info. he never called that day. next morning I call to check and the car never left so I call him he doesnt answer . I emailed him he relied said I didn't tell you that it will leave for sure. and I will call you again in 20 minutes to let you know. HE NEVER DID. I called and insisted to talk to the owner JOHN (the idiot) who told me I don't have time to talk to you I have 9 calls to make. and I told him is this how you treat your clients, he said he doesn't have time to talk about this if you want to cancel cancel, the phones are going of the hook and we have too much work...THIS IS WHEN I TOLD MYSELF THIS IS HORRIFIC and i was getting angry and these people dont give a damn about my company business with them. I thanked him and hung up.third nothing and the car never left the auction. so called they said they will not give me the drivers number who is picking up the car. so emailed JR the jerk sent me a number to trucker who never heard of them or my car. I emailed him again he sent me the actual driver picking up the car. I got the car 4 days later.the main problem was not the delay cause if they told me from the start I would have shipped else where or sent a driver to pick it up. the problem is how Rude and un reliable these people are. and the second thing I discovered is that they don't own any trucks.
