I must say i was not sure if i had picked the right company since there were so many available shipping cars to florida but after talking with a few i felt that direct connect sounded like the most profession ……..and luckily i was right. They delivered everything they said they would and more. Made it easy to sign up pay and schedule my pickup. i had to change dates and they were flexible . Not sure if its the whole company but our rep Laki prousalis was very prompt even replying during off hours to emails.
I also like that the truck came directly to home to pick up and deliver. some other companies where going to have someone come out and pick up car and drive 40 miles to meet the truck. this was not appealing. driver called and was courteous and figured out how to get to house and load safely.
I recommend this company .
