Driver was instructed to get as close to our home in Nebraska as possible. We were trying to be flexible for the driver even though the contract said from New York to Nebraska. Driver refused to go past Des Moines without another $600 charge to go to Council Bluffs Iowa(barely an hour drive for him). Driver called and said he will be in Des Moines on Wednesday at 2:30 when he was supposed to arrive Thursday or Friday . After rearranging our schedules and having to take our 2 year old sick daughter to Des Moines, the driver arrived 3 1/2 hours late!!! It was raining and miserable trying to keep a sick two year old happy in a vehicle for a total of 5 hours driving time and a 3 1/2 hour waiting time! Needless to say it took weeks to get a response from the company with no sympathy or care what-so-ever! We were charged double and fortunately was refunded the excess amount. But this delivery was NOT worth the $1100 paid and we are very unhappy!
