Was promised a pick up and money charged to my account and despite of me calling up for the next 5 days regarding the pick up, I was being told each day that the truck would pick up which never happened.And finally on the 6th day when I decided not to use the service, they bluntly rejected my cancellation saying that the driver had arrived at my place on the day before the pickup day and I was not present(a big lie as I was home all day having my household stuff get in the truck) and that the company spent $270 on gas. so they rejected by cancellation request and charged $450 and never paid me back. I tried calling the company a hundred times and when I start with my quote number, they just hang up and dont want to call. IF YOU WANT TO GET ROBBED, DO CALL UP THE COMPANY AND THEY WILL ASSIST YOU TO DO SO.
