I was skeptical at first. But after the BBB report I decided to go with Direct Connect Auto Transport. Honnestly I had received several cheaper quotes from other companies. But, there were too many complaints again them. After I submitted my agreement to Nathan with Direct connect Auto Transport pick up was an unexpected flash. I mean, how about same day pick up! The car was also delivered right on time. My experience with Nathan at Direct Connect Auto Transport was great. He was honnest and knowledgeable about the whole process from start to finish. I'm new to this auto transport stuff. I had to get some quick info about it works before I selected Direct Connect. I did it because of their record. I would use the company again. The service was good.
