Having just gone through the experience of transporting the 1st of 2 vehicles I needed moved myself, to work with, and have Direct Connect move my 2nd vehicle, a collector type car, the over 400 miles was not only a relief to my wallet, but to my mind too. Bob Harmon was a great communicator setting everything up inside the perimeters I had requested, while keeping me informed of it's progress. George Sieg was easy to work with keeping me abreast of his progress as he dealt with weather and traffic while I comfortably visited with friends while awaiting his arrival in the area. He skillfully and safely loaded the vehicle onto the trailer and secured it in a manner that after 400+ miles through mountainous roads it was still sitting in the same place. As good as my car looked up on their trailer, I think it looks even better in my garage!
