I am overall very satisfied with the service I received. My car didn't take long to arrive. The carrier, Eagle Auto Transport, is great. I was always able to contact them with no problem. Al and Roger with Direct Auto were very helpful. The only thing they failed to do was DOOR-TO-DOOR service. My drop off location is in a valley so it's in the middle of mountains. I gave them my drop off location and was told it would be dropped off there. When I called to find out what the pick-up status was I was told they couldn't take it to where I wanted bc there were no interstates nearby and that the closest they could get it was to Denver. That is THREE HOURS AWAY and I didn't have anyone to drive me there. Roger was nice enough to find someone to pick up my car and take it to a location that was only 15 minutes away. I just think this should of been researched by Direct Auto Transport before (like when booked the reservation). Other than that I am happy with the service I received and that Roger was able to keep my quoted price as promised.
