The first time we tried to use this company my sister-in-law handled it back in June 2011. And for whatever reason they never confirmed a driver for us. I just think she never really followed up correctly. The second attempt was in August 2011, I placed the order but through my own fault I never completed the paperwork. But at the same time my sales rep, Daniel, was never reachable. The third time I somehow got in contact with Roger, and he was really nice about the whole situation. He seemed genuinely concerned that my request was not handled properly. Later he transferred me to Robin who is an excellent sales rep. In a situation that could have easily turned ugly it ended up being a really pleasant experience. I concluded that the previous sales rep no longer worked there because he was terrible with clients. Within 2 days of speaking with Robin they confirmed a driver, and within 4 days of that the car was delivered, a total of 6 days from Texas to New Jersey. The driver, Chris, was really nice and friendly. Other then the truck needing a wash, it arrived all in one piece. Overall the experience was really great. So as long as the customer does their end Direct Auto Transport will fulfill their part. If I ever need to use this type of service again I would definitely use this company.
