Based on previous online reviews I contacted Direct Auto Transit for information and a quote. I was shipping a 1997 Toyota. Paul was forthcoming with the cost and expectations with each level of service. My first shipment was Georgia to San Francisco Bay area with the address to be determined because my sons living arrangements were still up in the air. I paid the $185 broker fee and $1300 on delivery in California. I had requested expedited service and they made it happen. Once the service was booked the process went smoothly. I was given the driver's name and number for pick up. I scheduled the pick up and they picked up the unattended car in Marietta, Georgia around 2 a.m.in the LA Fitness parking lot. Because of the late hour and age of car I let them pick it without anyone being present. All went smoothly and car arrived as promised delivered to a thankful 23 year old. Then said young man graduated 3 months later. Experience was so good 1st time I only called DAT for return. One call that's all. Done. Good news was return cost was less only $1075 back to Georgia. I would strongly recommend them and I will be shipping my Lexus LS 430 with them soon.
