I chose this company because of the contact person and her name was Robin. She was extremely helpful, as I have never had to use a service like this before. Also, the car belongs to my elderly mother and I wanted to make sure it was in good hands.
It felt like it took forever for them to pick it up, but in fact, it was done so in the time frame that was quoted. Dale, the driver (P&P Trucking) contacted me for pick up and then kept in touch to let me know the progress of the trip and his approximate arrival time. Really nice guy and obviously understood how anxious we were to get her car delivered. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
I highly recommend this company because of the personal touch and their professionalism.
If I ever have to do this again, they will be the first I call for help.
