Peter we do apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. We do our research on any carrier that we use. We have used this carrier in the past. They have been in business since 2005 and during that time they have also maintained a 100% rating, it doesn't get any better than that. Unfortunately these things do happen in this industry and these are the acts of god that no one can for-see. Once again we do apologize on behalf of the actual carrier for your unpleasant experience.
