Direct Auto representative Keith from the very onset of my call was very knowledgeable about the services which the company offered. As this is the first time to ship an auto, I had many questions and concerns which were answered immediately.
The car was delivered on time by a very courteous driver who reminded me that I had aready paid
part of the bill earlier !!
Everything in this transaction was excellent from sart to finish.
