We have done eveything in our power to make this right with the customer and the situation was out of our control- We presented two options that were available because we weren't able to get one of our own trucks there for several days after the requested pick up time. They decided to go with the cheapest option of the two which was for us to put the vehicle on another company's carrier that was going that direction and needed another car to fill up their truck. We took a chance and when they were running late there was nothing we could do about it except call several times and relay the information to the customer.
