I will tell the whole story but right up front, I want to say: THESE ARE THE PEOPLE YOU WANT HANDLING YOUR SHIPMENTS!!!! I found them through this website and I'm so greatful for this site and this company. Thank you so much!!

Whole story:
We just wanted to have a safe trip and fun times when we traveled northeast. What a nightmare that was. We had major car issues and both my husband and I work. Naturally when the service center told us of the cost and the time it would take to fix, we had to get back home. We took a 1-way flight early the next morning. We didn't know, of course what we could do about our car, so I started surfing the web. I came across this company by reading this very site and decided to fill out their quote form. I got a call within 10 minutes of filling out the form. After very politely and professionally answering a few questions, Cody gained my trust with his confidence and knowledge. It took another 10 days for the car to be ready and when it was, they went to work fast. The car was ready on a Friday and the service department was closed on Sunday and early Saturday. They arranged a local 24/7 service to store the car and allowed us to use their wholsale account to get the best rate. They told us the weekend might be difficult and may have to wait until Monday for getting the car picked up. However we got a call Saturday and we were lucky enough to have a driver that was to arrive Sunday morning to pick it up. We only had to pay $29 in storage and the car was picked up on Sunday, despite saying it would more than likely be Monday. They also set up a service to have an ASC certified mechanic look at the vehicle after the work was performed, as we could not be there; that was also a good price because they used their account to set it up. The trip was scheduled so that our car would arrive on the following Tuesday. We got a follow up call to say that the driver would be there Monday around lunchtime. When it arrived, it was actually fairly clean, despite the precautionary warnings from Cody and Bryan. The driver went over the condition that was reviewed on pick and the condition on delivery and we were very pleased. We handled the payment and the driver left and I blew out about a thousand sighs or relief. When I stopped to think about the coordination, the focus and attention to detail these 2 men handled, it blows my mind. I could have never thought of or planned out the things that happened, and got done so efficiently I might add, in a million years. I will be forever greatful to this company and the great job performed by Cody and Bryan. This occurence could have easily turned into one of the worst and most costly disasters and headaches had Direct Auto Movers not bailed us out and took over the pain for me and my husband. We have never shipped a vehicle from coast to coast and never thought we would need to. What I have experienced has made it clear that if we ever need to again, I have a mobile phone number to call, Cody at Direct Auto Movers, I know he will take care of me the right way and get the job, not just done but done very well. I will be promoting this company's service to anybody that may have a need for moving a car anywhere in the world.
