I reviewed a lot of information on all carriers and Direct Auto Carriers had the best overall reviews. I did a lot of research on what to expect on broker carriers and its industry and it is a very unregulated industry. Direct Auto Carriers was the first carrier to contact me at 0630am PST they were calling from EST Miami Fl. Very polite and professional Mr. Martin. I received his quote and began the process of comparison shopping and reviews. There bid came in mid average and I called back and spoke to Mr. Anthony who picked up for Mr. Martin with the same professional and polite service. We did all the paper work, credit card, DOT Forms, etc. Mr. Anthony actually found a carrier to pick up my car that evening. I did not start my paper work until 3:30 pm after I decided to go with Direct Auto Carriers, I was at work multi tasking this and my job. So at the close of my day I started the process. When I originally spoke with Mr. Martin at 0630 I told him I was in no direct hurry to ship it out I only wanted the best price and service. After completing the paper work with Mr. Anthony I told him the same thing and he placed me on a brief hold while he talked to one of his carriers and he arrange to have my vehicle picked up that evening. So 5 hours after starting the paper work my Trailblazer vehicle was in the carrier’s possession. 5 days later it was at its destination in Texas from California. I was also very fortunate to have an excellent transport carrier J& B Transportation 29805 Peacock Mountain Dr. Menifee California 92584 562-239-5089. 903-347-1414 Kandis was my point of contact. I suppose you could go directly to a transportation carrier and save that way instead of going thru a broker, but if you have to use a broker I would highly recommend Direct Auto Carriers. I say this with extreme confidence I am an extremely difficult customer and a frugal consumer. I am also a retired 22 Navy veteran who has done many moves in my life time.
