I needed my car to be transported across the country on short notice and Diesel Dispatch made this process very easy for me. The customer service was impeccable, every time I had a question or called about updates- there was a prompt response. Everyone from dispatch to the truck driver was extremely friendly and kind. I even had direct contact with the trucker to get real updates about where my car was and the timing of delivery. What an amazing job by Johnathan, the driver, who delivered my car in the exact condition it was in from the time of pick up. I would highly recommend this company and would use again in the future. Was worth every dollar!
