Courteous, helpful customer reps. John the Driver was professional and friendly, loaded the car very quickly with no glitches during a huge rainstorm. Secondary driver brought the car on a flatbed to the front door and unloaded quickly and with no delays. The Mercedes arrived in very good condition with no damage. Very happy with the job done and reasonable price.
