I am a student, and this company quoted me the lowest price. After I booked this company for Saturday, I called on Friday to confirm the time- the sales representative guaranteed that my car will be picked up on Saturday and that the driver will call me soon with the timings. I waited Saturday, no one called, I called them multiple times no answer- understandable long weekend. But no professionalism! If you book a car for day, it is the company's responsibility to call and give you the timings. On Tuesday, I called again, they told me that they will return my call after 10 minutes- no one did. I had to call three times and only did I get a hold of Jason. He told me his truck broke down and that he found a new driver who is quoting $250 more. So the actual quote went from $295 to $550. I asked him to refund my deposit because has not been able to fullfil his side of commitment and $550 is too much- I had other quotations way lower. Also, I had to extend my rental- more money expended by me. He told me that the deposit can not be refunded, and that once I graduate I will have job so that extra $200 dollars wont matter. What nerve! He told me that once I agree to the new quote the car will be picked up the same morning and dropped off the next morning. I reluctantly agreed to have he car picked up. I call after a few hours to ask the whereabouts of the driver- he told me the driver is not answering his phone and Jason told me that I need to be more patient. The driver then reached out and told me he will pick up the car at 9 pm, so my family waited in the whole evening. The car was picked up the next day at 10 am and just arrived yesterday.

Please dont use this company. They are highly unprofessional, you are better off paying the extra 100 dollars as quoted by other companies.
