Moving to Arkansas and needed to ship my project car, made a HUGE mistake by going with DAS. I prepaid for the service and when I delivered my car to the terminal I had a problem with the ignition so the car wouldn't start, which I had informed the booking agent of. He told me that worst case scenario it would be changed to an inoperative transport, which would cost a little more, no big deal. When the intermittent problem occurred at the terminal, we called DAS to switch the service. The agents exact response was "give it back to him, we won't ship it", regardless of the fact that I had already paid. I drove the car home and found another service, Ship Your Car Now, whom i highly recommend. The following day I called DAS and they assured me they could work out the issue, and come to find out, my car wasn't even on a transport schedule. I told them the only thing they could work out was giving me my money back, the only thing they did right by the way. I don't suggest this company to anyone, and I think they should lose their transport authority.
