Incredibly poor service. Will not ever use DAS again. Shipped two cars from LA to Michigan. Gave the first one 8 days before the 2nd one so we would have one car in Michigan when we arrived. The first car sat at their lot for 10 days and both cars arrived at the same. Almost 3 weeks later! Had to rent a car and am out $400. DAS even called to say that they wanted to pick up the car early so it could make a transport. Ha! It just sat at their lot for 8 days. When the cars arrived, the back window was down in my BMW, and now the car heater is broke. They won't cover mechanical defects, but seriously what did they do to my car. Stay away from DAS. Horrible customer service and a horrible company.
