I dropped my car off with DAS in Manasass, VA on a Thursday morning. It was in St. Louis for pickup on Friday a week later. (They had indicated that it might take up to 12 days, depending on the routing of the truck's other deliveries.) Car arrived in same condition as when I dropped it off. The only problem was that the receivng DAS depot left the key in the ignition and ran the battery down to nothing. It took an extra 1/2 hour to do the pick-up while they charged the battery. Otherwise, their service was efficient.

They were considerate and put m convertible on the top of the carrier so no fluids would drip on it from the car above. They also reminded me to take my Easy Pass transponder out of the car, so that it would not be charged for tolls when the truck was on a toll road (something I had not thouht about).

They very thoroughly documented the dings in my car before shipping, so that there would be no questions regarding any potential damage during transit. There was no damage from transit.
