DAS was easy to deal w/ over the phone. I found them on a web search. I made the appt and the CSR advised me over the phone and sent me and email of instructions on where to drop off the vehicle and where the vehicle could be picked up at the shipping point. I was advised a time frame of when the vehicle would arrive which I thought was a bit long. I was able to track the vehicle on its journey via the website which I thought was comforting. The vehicle arrived a few days before the date I was told so I was even more please w/ that. The vehicle arrived safe and sound and I definetely feel I got more then moneys worth for what I paid for. I would certainly use DAS again for my futre car shipping needs.
