Using Dependable Auto Shippers was a very positive experience. The pricing was very fair, the communication was good and the service was pretty fast.

The quote process was straightforward and efficient. They offered shipping the field in an open or enclosed truck, and also gave the option of home pickup/delivery or going out to their terminals instead. I went with the open truck and home pickup/delivery.

The pickup process was efficient. The driver thoroughly inspected my car (finding quite a few more dings than I was even aware of) and then loaded it on the truck. The whole process took only about 15 minutes.

Being able to track the vehicle online was nice. It also immediately showed the estimated delivery date, which was 12 calendar days after pickup. They called me a couple of days before than and said they could drop off the car a day earlier. Even better!

The car arrived without any additional damage. The car was as little dirty but that's to be expected on an open carrier.

Very good service overall and I would use them again.
