14 day guarantee from cali to pittsburgh. (this in itself is SLOW!) i sadly regret the ebay seller of my jeep that rec DAS! 1st off, good luck getting a customer service rep live on the phone! every option is run into a LOOP and automated. HOWEVER very easy to book a delivery. "truck broke down". so? is that my problem? do they re-load? of course not/that costs $$$. instead i wait while moe larry and curly fix the truck. meanwhile, day 14 cust svc rep lies to me and says it will be delivered day 15/didnt happen. today day 16: automated svc indicates jeep to be delivered on a sat? thus, lie number 2: @ origin i told larry x5052 that the destination is a business/garage not open eves & weekends. larry tells me "we dont deliver eves and weekends". now for lie number 3: cust svc idiot tells me i get a $150 credit for their breach of contract....hasnt happened. transportation and moving companies are already the bottomfeeders of the business world and DAS exemplifies that notion! what a bunch of amateurs. if you use a mover dont use brokers! at least try to get a co. that owns their own trucks...keep in mind, i still havent received my jeep who knows what has happened to it!
