I paid the extra $300 to go with DAS because I thought it would arrive at a decent time.... Boy was I wrong. They picked my car up on August 11th, and it was supposed to be delivered on the 27th. I called on the 23rd and was told that it was still sitting in Virginia and would be delivered on Sept 1st. They said the date they gave me was only an estimate. They do not contact you before hand to let you know there is a delay, they don't care that you have to have a rental car for another week. I asked why they can't email people and tell them there is a delay, and the customer service person said their system doesn't have those capabilities. I should have trusted the other reviewers and not went with them. I not only paid the extra $300 but I have to pay an extra $200 a week for a rental car... Trust what everyone is saying and don't go with them. My mom used e transport and we sent her car out on Aug 6th and she had it a week and a half later. Do not use them, it is a waste of time and money.
