I paided extra for enclosed transportation but when the car arrived the interior had a smell of mildew. I have read other reviews about drivers that leave the windows down during transportation and how this caused the interiors to become water logged but since I paided extra for enclosed transportation, I figured it wouldn't happen to me. Boy was I wrong! I am not even sure that the car was shipped enclosed. I only went with this service because I purchased the car from ebay and they recommended this carrier. Don't use this carrier if you want undammaged or poor service. period!
